Our Story
AleJone Educational Consulting & Coaching was founded on a simple belief: lasting performance improvement starts with telling the truth about what isn't working. Our team has served state agencies as contractors and federal agencies as former employees, giving us a rare, inside-out understanding of how public organizations operate.
